With 13 riverside pitches you are right in the heart of the stunning Wye valley. The flat open grassland offers easy pitching and plenty of space for the children and young people in your group to play and explore.

We run “off grid” so it’s back to nature. We have a number of solar panels around the site which provide energy for lighting the toilet and shower blocks, but there is no electric hook up or wifi. We do however have the luxury of warm showers.

The camp-fire is perhaps one of the most memorable parts of any camp. Firewood is available on-site, with a dedicated sawing and splitting areas by the warden’s cabin. Please stick to the existing hearths.

And for those who don’t have their own equipment or who may just prefer to come to a camp that is already set up, we are really pleased to be able to offer our own camping facilities: Camp Koodoo consists of 4 large bell tents, sleeping 8 people in each, plus 2 smaller bell tents, primarily intended for 2 leaders in each, making 36 campers in total. It also includes a marquee for dining and shelter, as well as a fully equipped field kitchen.

Camp Koodoo is available to book now!
